About Stone Creek

In 1972 Stone Creek Farm was purchased by Howard & Susan Perloff.

Later they learned that the property was once a William Penn land grant that consisted of one hundred acres.  The house and barn date back to the early 1700’s.

Young and carefree they quickly began to utilize the land. “We started with a vision of making this old dairy farm a beautifully landscaped home. We began planting trees and shrubs, taking special care of them.” Living Christmas Trees were soon added and as they matured Susan and Howard started to sell trees to the public.

Customers soon started to take notice of the improvements on the property and gardens year after year and began asking Susan for advice on their own projects.

Susan began to visit and speak to local farmers and growers in the area and learn about soil conditions and the climate.  From there a business evolved and one thing led to another.

Now 35 years later, we have mastered the art of transforming outdoor living spaces to fit your individual needs.  We do this by using our own select high quality material or material from local growers that is compatible with this specific geographical area.  Everything from hardscapes to ponds, pools, outdoor kitchens and many varieties of gardens, we will work closely with you to achieve your must haves and whimsical wishes from beginning to end.
